how to remove the bedrail plastic capsand rear bumper plastic caps?
hey guys, im trying to remove the bedrail plastic caps and the the bumper plastic caps so that i can detail them. can anyone give me instructions on how to remove them?

Grab an end and pull up and they'll pop out of the holes. Go eeeeeeasy.
