Question "DOUBLE BOND" by Simoniz?

Anyone ever heard of this product? A local car wash/detail shop is promoting it and i've never heard of it.Is it any good? Any information is greatly appreciated.

I found out its an additive used at touchless car washes,sprayed on the vehicle during the rinse process.

Its not solely used in touchless washes. Their slogan is gay, "30 days or simoniz pays."

They have been trying to sell it to me for years and I never would use it. Its just a basic drying agent. It aids in making water *break* off the painted surface so it leaves less room for water spots. Does it work, well, yeah it does. Does it work for 30 days? I seriously doubt it. Its marketed more towards the weekly washer (at the carwash) then someone who washes every 30 days. I use a variant (there are tons of different ones, each manufacturer with their own) from rainx. Stuff I use works pretty good, thoroughly coats the car and is immediately rinsed off. On cars that get it regularly, you can tell the difference.

I agree with Navi. My wash that I work at uses it and i dunno not really worth it to me.
