Every time I wash my truck, I save the last little bit of soapy water in the bucket for the wheel wells. I use the same whitewall cleaner on the wheel wells as I use on my tires, but use a ratty old sponge that gets used for nothing else. (Once you look at it, you'll know why.) Once everything is rinsed and dry, I apply a coating of the "one step" tire cleaner / dressing to the black plastic inner fender liners in front. I also use the stuff on all of the black painted surfaces (shocks, frame, etc.) in the rear. Oh yea, and once a month or so I wax the painted part of the rear wheel wells with NXT.
