Mr Clean Magic Eraser - No Good for our Tires

My wife picked a box up. I saw how much fun Dzervit had with his handles but I gave it a try on my tires. Well the piece of crap fell apart in my hands the second it touched my raised lettering. Just couldn't handle the roughness of the tires. I'll stick to the spray and brush.

Just my .02 for those thinking about giving it a whirl.

I had the exact same experience, vader. I sold the three remaining erasers in a yard sale for $0.50.

Were they the automotive variety?

Also, don't sell them! They're awesome around the house!! They'll take scuffs off of walls and off of vinyl... we use them ALL THE TIME in the house. I mean, different strokes/different folks but, as best I can tell, they're pretty handy...

Yep mine were specifically for wheels and tires.

Very disappointed.

Ahh...

Good to know those aren't worth it... I doubt the 'interior' variety varies much from the automotive variety....

Like I said though, inside the house, they're pretty handy.

Of all the "Magic Tricks" my wife has bought these are the most versatile and effective. Thanks for the tip about the tires, but they do work on LOTS of things very well.
