Re: I Adore Pollen!

That sux RP.

I haven't had to deal with much pollen yet just lots of dust from all the sand they put on the roads this winter. They keep fluffing it up with the street sweepers so that it blows everywhere.

RP,

After teasing you yesterday about your nice green spots.... I walked out after work and the mowing crew here at work had blown grass and dust all over the rear of my truck. It then started to sprinkle.....

Yea man its good stuff. I just washed the lincoln this morning and its covered with a nice light green coating now.

The ceramic white does a great job of hiding it though.

Is there supposed to be pollen on that car?

Yeah, I'm with you on the pollen thing. Sucks, and makes you look like you don't keep up with the cleanliness of your car (even though you just waxed it yesterday). :o

Yeah pollen sucks. Finally got to detail my truck this weekend. Now everyday I have been using the QD to get the pollen off. Oh well it sure beats winter.

It was a beautiful day to have off of work today, I'll pay for it this weekend. So I went out and did some washing, the pollen was piling up on the truck even before I was done cleaning it.

I find that the high pressure rinse at the car wash works well to remove it And the water just beads off at 70 mph because of the wax.
