I have notice that on my wheels they are some areas that looked like brake dust has left pitted looking area. I have tried polish but can not remove it . Could this be a flaw in the wheels? The wheels where bought used. which could have been a case of not taking proper care. Does anyone have and suggestions. Thanks in advance.
