Its a kit you buy, in it is a clay bar and some detailer spray. My wifes car had tar spots on it from a comp. putting a new roof at her work. When you clay it it comes out like a babys butt! You have to keep the clay bar and area wet with the spray, but as you wipe the surface with the clay it will pull up any comtaminants on the paint. It is well worth it!
