Exclamation Bug And Tar Wont Come Off

There are lots of bug and tar blobs on the truck. Especially on the hood. Ive tried alot of stuff to get it off and nothing will work. Any ideas are appreciated.

Try some WD-40. You will have to wash it and wax after but it removes tar real good...

WD-40 is the way to go. That stuff will remove just about anything.

I would worry about the claybar with the tar and bugs. I could be wrong in worrying but what if there was some dirt mixed with the tar, and the bug guts being pulled along the paint couldn’t one of those situations cause scratching? The reason I like the WD-40 is it removes it so easy and kind of lubricates it as well.
