I use the Z16 from Zaino "Perfect tire shine" it has UV protectants in it and has worked great not just on the tires but the plastic and rubber trim.

Yea, on the KR's we have parchment trim instead of black. The plastic along the bed and on the back bumper and on the front bumper.

it says on the bottle that it restores color and richness to faded and discolored trim and molding.use it on all porous and non porous plastic surfaces such as plastic bumper and trim, decorative moldings, air vents, window trim and window blades and arms....... there is no directions on here saying do not use on any particular part............
One other product you might try is 303 Protectant. I use it on all my exterior moldings, trim, and soft tonneau, and am really impressed with how it well works. According to everything I've read, 303 has the best UV protection package on the market. Whether they do or not, I'm sold on it for my truck.

I'll second the suggestion for the 303 protectant. I use it for the gray plastics on my 2002. What I'm not sure of, however, is whether it will "bring back" a plastic that has hazed already.
Good luck!
