Hmm... I have a buddy at work that I convinced to get the Silblades and had a similar instance. Our solution was to swap the driver's/passenger side blade (because they were the same size) and it stopped.
I have a feeling that, in his case, the squeaking was caused by additional downward pressure on the windshield from the wiper arm. I suppose that by switching the blades we effectively caused a slightly different downward pressure on the windshield.
A thorough cleaning of your windshield and blade surface probably wouldn't hurt either to remove any scale or other hard water features.
Not sure on this one fx4... Please let us know if you discover a fix or similar.

Yes...it squeaks when it swipes.
Well...here's the deal. I got a pair of 20" silblades for my 04 and had the squeak on the driver's side. So I called silblade and told them the problem and they sent me a replacement pair at no charge. I requested the 22's this time though. I tried swapping the 20's after I received the 22's just to see if that would work. Well, it worked and they didn't squeak. However, I put the 22's on and had no problem with them. They didn't request that I send back the blades...so I gave them to my father for him to try on his 01 SCREW. Well, he's on a trip to Florida right now and I talked with him to see if he had a chance to use them and he told me they ran into some rain and the blades did sqeak for him. I think these were just a defective set or something. He said they cleared the glass fine, but had a slight squeak. I'll try switching them when he gets back.

Wow just stumbled back on this oldie but goodie post.
So you guys are having squeaky problems with yours?
Make sure that you clean your windshields properly prior to use. Or, like another poster said, perhaps you have a defective one.
I have had mine for a lil bit longer than RP and still do not have any problems with mine. (Maybe I am just not as picky as RP).
LOL J/K Bud.
I will have to shoot my buddy in paradise an e-mail and see how his are holding up. I know his were at the three year mark in the hot Hawaiian sun and no problems with his.
I will report back hopefully soon.
