PC Speeds/Settings ?

PC Speeds/Settings ?
This question goes out to all who use the PC. I would like to know what setting/speed does everyone use for :
1.) Cleaning
2.) Polishing
3.) Waxing

Hey Richard............. long time no see! 
That page that showed how to use the PC had some good speed recommendation.
Anyhow, for cleaners, and the abrasive polishes, I believe most people run the PC between 4 and 5. Remember, more aggressive pad, more speed and pressure = more agressive cleaning/polishing, so go easy at first.
For glazes/waxes/sealants, most people slow the speed down between 3 and 4, and use little, or no pressure. At this stage, you're just trying to "spread" the product evenly.

You know I knew i could depend on you.
I forget which page you are refering to i have looked at two printed one but i think the one you mentioned is the one i have not yet printed out. If you would be so kind as to post that again i would be grateful of couyrse. Gee Wiz i feel like a gosh dang rookie like i have never waxed or polished car before. But i guess since i am new to the PC that does make ame a rookie again Crap! Never mind I just found it in my favorites box seems I was smart enought to save it.
