Unhappy Whistle in front right quarter

I have a 99 extended cab that is driving me nuts. I get a high pitched whistle at 60 mph and above coming from my right front corner. (expecially when the wind blows diagonally from that side. I have masking taped every opening in the body that I could imagine wind penetrating and have had the windshield re caulked. ( all with no relief ).
Has anybody experienced this and if so how did you solve it.????

That's a really tough one Patrick. Good luck.... it could be anything, including the pressure drop around the front of the vehicle when your vehicle displaces the air that you're moving through.

Question

Garner Patrick, did you ever find a fix for this, from what I read, it sounds like I have the same problem. Mine started the day after Ford replaced my IAC valve, but they won't do anything about it. I have a very high pitched whistle (if you want to call it that), that starts after driving at 60 mph for awhile and once it starts it wont shut up till I drop below 50, sometimes 40 mph. I occasionally get a wierd twanging noise when the whistle is about to stop. I feel like I'm going nuts, but I confirmed it, everyone else can hear it too.

What about the plastic base for the antenna? Could it possible have a crack or be lifted slightly?
