Bedrug problem??????

I recieved my bedrug via fed express yesterday. Went to put it in this morning and noticed there is a big crease going from side to side at the wheel wells, the foam backing has a serious crease in it. Being Saturday, Wise Industries is closed. The mfg. date is 10-10-00 so it has been setting around for a while somewhere. Will this crease eventually come out or should I hold off installing it and see what Wise Industries has to say? TIA.

Sounds fishy to me. Mine came packaged neatly in the box so that there shouldn't be any creases in it. I wonder if they put yours in the box wrong, or maybe it had been returned from someone that had taken it out of the box then put it back in the wrong way.

I don't know if the crease will come out, but I'd hold off until you can talk to Wise Industries about it.

I saw another forum here (or maybe on another site), where Wise has been really good about taking care of any problems. I seem to recall the person's name is Rhonda, but I may be mistaken.

BedRug contact for problems

I found the thread. It was in another site, but it sounds like Rhonda should be able to take care of your problem. I don't have personal experience, but she quickly helped out another Ford owner with BedRug "fit" problems.

Wise Industries: 800-462-8435
Rhonda, ext. 231

Good luck!

I called Wise Industries this AM and spoke to Ronda, Not a problem, she shipped out a brand new one right away and sent fed ex a pick up slip for the old one, no charge, no questions asked. A class outfit that treats their customers right. I'm glad I decided to go the bedrug route after researching bed liners.

Glad to hear they treated you right.

You have to love any company that stands behind their product like that.
