My older LEER has metal hinges.
And it is a high rise.
The first time you get it loaded and try to climb inside to dig something out of the front you will wish you had a high rise. I'm happy with mine and don't really care what anyone else thinks about how it looks.

Personally, I think black wheels look ghetto on anything. It's a fad that will soon pass and those that wasted money on them will look back and wonder, "What was I thinking?" Just like the wong, painted grids, or window louvers.

That's what I paided taxes all in install here in Canada Leer 100R with sliding front window. The windows are nice to open when your dog is in there.

Lately I've been thinking about a mid rise cap. I don't want a high rise but the mid rise doesn't look too bad. I don't know though, I still prefer the cab high.
