Question '99 bed trip removal help

I'm not sure what the bits are called, but how do you remove the plastic trim parts on the top of the sides of the bed?

It's on a 99 F150XLT shortbed with spray in liner.

Thanks

It's just little plastic clips under the rail but be careful not to break them they are a part of the trim

the best place would probably the dealership or maybe Tasca? you might try ebay or a junk yard too. idk guess you could google f150 bed trim and see what there is out there..cause i have no idea on that one
