Has anyone ever painted their undercover tonneau before? Been debating on doing mine

 

I know that I have read somewhere that they can be painted but what I read indicated that the cover's tecture will always be visible. This was the down side. I am sure that paint they use for the new flexible bumpers will adhear to the cover without a problem....
