Angry Raider Caps: Customer Service?

I recently ordered a new Raider Cap. After installation (I wasn't allowed in the shop) it was obvious that the cap was badly finished. The 2 front corner horns have been ground down way too much, leaving a couple sharply cornered (90 degrees) wafer thin panels which are beginning to crack.

There are also several large patches where orbital grinder marks are easily seen through the very thin paint job and it looks like hell. When the sun shines on it the right way you can easily see the blotches from 100 ft. away.

I emailed the company twice and have received no reply. The dealer isn't too anxious to do anything either. He told me on the phone that I bought a cheap cap and shouldn't expect a nice paint job. The price of this cap was not cheap!
Has anyone here had any experience dealing with this company?
I'd like to talk to them but they won't answer my emails and there's no phone number listed on their website.
