For the cost, why not just go Line-X

From my understanding they're really not much different from regular drop-ins since it still just sits against the paint except the sides are seperate pieces and the floor is just a rubber mat. I still see the damaging effects of paint being rubbed off on the sides, dirt and other debris getting trapped under the mat all causing rust.....so what makes them so much better???

I have the dualliner and I'm happy with it. I would order from them direct, this is what I did. Go to there website and then give them a call.

because they are about $650 in my area, they dont add any real protection to the bed and i just dont like them that much. as for the drop in liners i have had them before and refuse to put one in my truck again. they warp and crack, they hold water, they are slick and i think they are junk. i know some people like them but that is my opinion.

At that cost, I hope that includes X-tra.

But regardless, If cost is the issue for you, wait a month or two and get the Line-X. Dual's are good for what they are but you could have the best for a few bucks more.

Big debate on pro's and con's but having had a drop in, Rhino, Toff, Xtream, and now Line-X I cannot tell you how much I am impressed with it. I was lucky, TruckGasim shot my truck and it looks great.

You tell me.

the line x looks great but the dualliner will give the bed much more protection which is what i am looking for while it still looks good. the 650 was for regular black line x. dont want to offend anybody but i have my mind made up on the dualliner so i am not looking for suggestions on what to get just looking for any ideas on where to get the best deal on the dualliner.

It's your money, good luck.

Look at the annual sales of DualLiner vs Line-X. Pretty clear as to which one sells more. That's no accident.

More protection? How do you mean? You dropping cinder blocks from 10ft in the air into your bed? If so, no product is going to protect it no matter which kool-aid you are drinking.

I am with hoss66, the Line-X looks good and does offer good protection, I went with a drop-in just recently myself. I liked the Dualliner but, a lot of the time I am by myself and the rubber mat would have made it harder for me to unload the truck.

Everybody uses there truck in different ways, where products like Line-X are the excellent choice for most, a Dualliner or drop-in is for others because of the side wall protection.

I know if I had gone with the Line-X I would have it redone at least once a year

Dual liners probably the best choice for a drop in, but I will agree the Line-X is much better a liner, however it is all personal preference.

The only protection you get from a drop-in over a spray-in is dent protection.

The only difference from common sense and abuse is the height in which you drop loads in the truck. No matter how protected you make it, common sense tends to win.
LOL

It was a statement not a question. Ignorant is coming here asking where to buy them rather than using the search function on the forum.

Good luck with your drop in.

EDIT: I did a search for you, there are 9 pages of information with DualLiner.
