Got my Line-X from Line-X of Austin, I couldn't be happier!

They told me that if I HAD to use the bed to wait 12 hours. That if I could wait, then 24 hours would be best.

Mine was only the 2nd Xtra with colormatch that they'd done though and they said so and told me to be a little cautious as they weren't sure of the curing time.

Wasn't a problem, it was about 4 or 5 days before I put anything in the bed.. never a problem, nothing seems to mar that stuff, the color holds up like new..

I'd highly recommend Pat and the guys at Line-X of Austin..

click my little camera icon up there for some before and after pictures.

Happy with Rhino

I just had the Rhino Tuffgrip done yesterday and am very pleased and will have pictures later. The guy at the shop gave me a $50 discount since he was busy the day I wanted it done. Also, around me, the Rhino dealer was about $50 cheaper, before the discount, than Line-X, and they also do a Costco discount at some shops. As far as warranties go, Rhino Linings is comparable to Line-X now with a nationwide lifetime warranty, according to the installer. From all the info I've read, the Tuffgrip lining is almost identical to Line-X. So I'd say if the Rhino Linings is cheaper, get that.

Very true in the technical sense.

No, TuffGrip is not nearly identical to LINE-X. LINE-X has a 33.1% higher tear resistance, uses a 1:1 chemical ratio (Rhino uses 2:1) and (from what I understand) Rhino does not use as high of a quality isocyanate as LINE-X.

Rhino copies or tries to copy EVERYTHING LINE-X does. Based on that last comment, LINE-X is the leader, Rhino is the follower.

How bout we come to an agreement, everyone has the line-x bias here. If you want line-x get it, if you want rhino, get that. Lets just stop arguing about something over and over.

I have the Rhino, got a steal on it so I am happy. The liner has faded significantly in the 1.5 years I have owned the truck but it hasnt chipped or torn anywhere and I can be pretty hard on it. If I had to pay full price for a liner I would have gone with Line-x. No one on F150 agree's with anything, so they fact 95% of the people here push Line-x is more than enough for me to get that over Rhino next time

I would definately recommend paying a little extra and getting the line extra. For some reason my pictures are not showing, but you can see the results in my album. Truckgasm did a great job on it.

Hahaha you know I have never noticed that. I promise that was not done on purpose. Truckgasm had just fixed me up and went straight home to show everyone. He does a great job.

Agreed. Rhino Liner is has a different texture to it that I don't like at all. I also have had a few buddies who have had problems with theirs peeling. Now I don't know if that's the product or the prep. Regardless my vote goes to Line-X, you won't be disappointed.
