Time required for Line-X install

I dont live anywhere close to a line-x dealer. I would have to drive several hours to get to one.

Is it even reasonable to make an appointment and wait for it to be done then be able to drive home in a day?

I dropped mine off went to breakfast with the folks and got a call that it was done as we left the restaurant. All in all about 2 hours and it was dry when I picked it up.

2 hours here too, they even gave a "loaner car" which was the owners truck for me to drive to work.

Yep, 2 to 3 hours in most cases for regular black LINE-X. If you want black LINE-X Xtra or an Xtra color match, add another hour.

Mine was like 6 hrs.. though they were up-front and said it was only the second Xtra color match they'd done, so they'd take a bit longer. I didn't mind, was off of work that day so it was no problem.
