Is Xtra work the Wait

I called my local line x dealer and asked about getting a color match liner for my truck. He said they could do the color match with the dupont spay since they do not carry the color Xtra. he said he was expecting it in soon but unsure about what colors it would be available in. Should i wait for the Xtra?

There is a LINE-X of San Antonio on Bab**** Rd. who is Xtra certified. Is that the dealer you called?

EDIT: OK, looks like a bad word filter working there. The four letters are c, o, c, k.

OK, if you wish, I can call them for you and see if I can help them with an Xtra color match. Would you like for me to do that for you?

Line-X of Austin is Xxtra certified and has been spraying color for 5 years.

#1 - TruckGasm is Superman for Line-X, so he can hook you up if you let him.

#2 - Line-X is absolutely the best product out there

#3 - Xtra is not worth the wait or the "xtra" money, in my opinion. I have yet to see a LineXtra where black would have been unattractive.

As far as colors go, Xtra is the most durable product LINE-X offers. You will also get an excellent color match and it will be fade resistant for years to come. I say, shoot for the best. Now, Xtra for colors has been available for about 6 or 7 months now.

As far as black goes, basically it's the same story. If you get Xtra, the bedliner will stay black and glossy, maintenance free. BTW, we've applied a few black color matches with Xtra.

I called LINE-X of San Antonio and talked to Dan. Here's the deal. Xtra for colors requires certain Dupont pigments. An authorized Dupont store has to "hook up" with Dupont in order to get the Xtra formulas. That takes a few days. It took the store I use about 5 days to get set up with Dupont. LINE-X's Dupont rep is supposed to contact Dan's Dupont store today to give them instructions on how to be set up for Xtra. So, give them a week or two and Dan should be ready to go.
