The frank facts
To bad they don't mention that Speedliner and Speedliner's primer contain solvents. And, that every time they spray a bedliner they are violating Texas State law unless the dealer is in an approved paint spray booth.
In Texas, if you spray more than two gallons of solvent a week, you must be in an approved spray booth and must have a Texas permit. One bedliner takes about 4 to 4.5 gallons.
So, if you feel like it, you can read the rules first:

Then, you can call Speedliner at 800-821-8820 (located in HOUSTON, TEXAS) and ask them if their Texas dealers have Texas permits and are all in Texas approved spray booths.
BTW, LINE-X and Rhino contain NO solvents and are EPA exempt.
