Unhappy line-x sticker gunk

I just got my truck sprayed with line-x and it looks really great, except the guys who installed it put a line-x plastic sign on the side of my bed. When I took it off it left all this gunk. Anybody got tips on how to remove the stuff... its pretty tough, i already used hot water and soap and windex. They didn't work that great.

Try WD40 it is amazing at removing gunk like that. Won't harm the paint.

that plastic sign is your warrenty tag, when i got my truck sprayed with line-x the dealer told me to leave the tag on, so if i would ever move to a different state and the line-x liner needed to be fixed for any reason i could go to the nearest dealer and get it fixed for free, if i were you i would contact the dealer that installed your line-x and ask him about the warrenty tag

My Line-X dealer asked me if it was OK to put the logo on my truck. The logo he used was stuck to the truck first and sprayed over. It is not coming off now. It is optional, your receipt is your warranty tag and that is good nationwide.
