I have owned numerous trucks and they all had different manufacture’s bed liners in them. I just recently purchased a new F-150 and had my first Spray-on liner installed and will never go back to a plastic, removable liner. I had the Ameragaurd installed and love it. Check out http://www.ameraguard.com.

Unhappy

I've got a Pendaliner on my 97 supercab. It's definitely short on the sides but it does go under the rail caps. There is another problem with my liner being a little short right before the tailgate. There's all kinds of areas that water and junk get trapped between the liner and bed. When I wash my truck I try to park it on a hill with the back of the truck facing downhill to help let the water drain out. Then I take compressed air and blow out as much as I can. I'll never buy a bedliner again. At work I have another truck with a spray in liner and it's the way to go. If I wasn't trying to save some money for other goodies for my truck I would pull out the bedliner and get a spray in right now.

Question

A guy was trying to talk me into this liner instead of a spray for my 2001 Flareside. I am now pretty convinced that when the truck comes in I will be getting a Line-x and have them do the rocker panels (and rollbars it it will fit in my garage witht them).

I was trying to get to the Ameraguard site and could not access it. It is a spray on offered in Canada or can you get them in the States. I want to check all my options while I have the time (desparately waiting for the truck to come in). If you can provide any information on this liner I would appreciate it.

Thanks,

hut

Order - 2001 XLT, Flareside, 4x4, loaded, offroad package, 4.6 with standard transmissom, island blue,
Going to install Superchip and K & N filter for now, has factory bars (tubular), adding Mannis (sp?) Brush Guard, Westin Rear Light Brush Guards, Lunds Interceptor Bug Shield, inside mount vent visors (not from Vent Visor), Rhino Coating the bed, maybe a Grizzly Roll Bar depending on whether truck will fit in the garage.
