They're for a mustang 4.6 3v.....I just use that pic as a reference to show the differences....you are correct ....sp507 or sp515 is for the 5.4 3v

So what is the difference between the SP507 and SP515 ? Is one hotter ?
Which one is better for the 2008 5.4 ?

Sp 507 is a single platinum, and the SP515 is a double platinum. You need to check your COPS to see if you have brown or black ones to determine which cyclinder heads you have.
