ok i went outside today and i found out the someone??? or something??? had put some thing on my lights. it was peeling and running?? i repainted them already but does any one know what could do this??

Just finished the first part of the process outlined above...will post pics of the finished product tomorrow or Sunday (need to go back out & get some deep crystal polish).
