I live in Alaska. In the winter there is very little sun light and I have people flashing me all the time since I have installed my euro lights with my superwhite bulbs. I simply flash them back with my brights and they stop... This may not be a fix but it sure works..
On a more serious note, I would like either to try and aim mine a little lower as well or figure out a easy way to make it so that my lights dont flash all of the other cars. When I pull up to people in trucks I dont get too bad of a reaction from the driver. However, when I pull up behind someone in a car I can literally see them trying to change their rear view mirror and moving out of the way trying to avoid my headlights. I usually just simply turn my lights off when I pull up behind someone so I dont blind them, and then turn them back on when driving. Kind of a hassle, however I would rather have bright lights so oncoming traffic is able to see me in the winter.
