I tried to find what I needed but to no success. My lightning bumper cover is installed and I need to hook up the fog lights. I have a 2002 SuperCrew XLT. My truck does not have the fog light indicator on the switch. I found the fog light wiring connectors undedrneath the truck and I connected it to the fog lights. The fog light wiring connectors have a black wire and a brownish colored wire with a reddish orange stipe. I pulled out my headlight switch inside the truck but I did not see the brownish colored wire with a reddish orange stipe. I did see the black wires connected to the two harnesses. How do I wire up the fog lights? Do I have to run new wires and put a toggle switch? Is there a way to hook them up so that they come on when I put my park lights on? I would like to see both ways if anybody has done this.

Just do what i did wire them stright into your parking lights, that way when you turn your parking light on the come on with them. Only draw back is that they stay on, they want go off when you low and high beam people like some vehicles. But they not that bright anyways people will just have to deal with mine.

How did you do that? Did you run new wires? If so what type/size? What wires did you tap into? Which wire is the parking light?

I got my fog lights hooked up. It took my brother 5 minutes to hook it up. Hopefully I get the pictures downloaded tomorrow and I will explain what he did. Thanks for all the help and suggestions.

My brother tested the connection. He connected the yellow (#5) and the brown (#12) wires together. This enabled the fog lights to come on when the park lights come on.
