Where can I find some decals for my 1999 F150 Supercab 4x4?

The original owner had the 4x4 stickers 'deleted' and I want them on the truck. I'm looking for a place I can get the correct decals for the year.

Also... any pointers on putting these on? Is it best left to a paint shop to get them put on correctly (straight and the right height)?
