Question Clear coners?

I just put some clear corners on but left the amber/orange light in there. Can I put a clear bulb instaed of that amber one? Is it legal is what am I asking? I live in CA. I just don't like the way the amber bulb looks.
Thanks alot

Don't know about CA. but in Texas it's Illegal. You have to illuminate amber in the parking and blinker lights.

In most places, even the clear corners alone are illegal.
Though, I've never heard of anyone getting a ticket for having them.
I have heard of people getting tickets for swapping out the amber bulbs though.
There's a ricer driving around town with red turn signal bulbs, and red nozzle lights, it's not a matter of 'if' he gets a ticket, but 'when'

A quick call to your local police station should get you an answer.

Clear Corners are Illegal in California unless the Amber reflector is included (Lightning or '02 HD Corners). You can have either amber or white turn signal bulbs in the front or Amber or Red in the rear...

Clear Corners by themselves are illegal (in CA) because they usually no longer include the Amber reflector.

Its illegal if fla to but apc makes a chrome covered amber bulb, so its only orange when you want it to be. Check it out in the truck mags!

Unless I'm mistaken, anywhere from white to amber is legal in TX. This comes from a San Antonio area policeman named DAVENSA He usually chimes in on these sort of posts. As for the clear corners, I don't believe they're legal in any state unfortunately. But, I got stopped in a speed trap in Houston, and they gave me a ticket for speeding and no front plate. No ticket for the highly illegal euro diamond corners, however. The cop was even asking me who did the work on the front end. (previous smoothy bumper, and Stillen air dam),,,,,98
