I have the Stillen Storm valance on my 99 Expy. I love it. The P/N is KA4911S. Go to www.stillen.com.

A few issues during the install.
1) I had to cut 2" off each frame rail to get it to fit.
2) I had to remove the 4x4 Tow Hooks - not useable with the valance.
3) depending on your tire size - they may rub on the inside of the valance. I have 275-65/17s. The standard size for my Expy was 267-70/17. Although the diameter of my new tires did not change, the new tires are wider and thus the diagonal measurement of the tire is larger.

Good luck. Also, make sure the get the Stull Polished Lower grill for the opening.
