ok

So what you planning on doing to that spot? Filling it in or putting on different emblems?

I have side marker lights installed over the hole closest to the door. And I designed a custom emblem to cover the front 2 holes, just haven't got them made yet.

I think it is ridiculous that Ford has to put these holes in the fenders just to line up the emblems correctly. When I got my truck from the dealer and had them put on the L front end, I told them I wanted to remove the fender emblems because I really don't care for the "F150" emblem. Of course they came back later and said that would leave holes unless I paid for them to fill them and repaint which I did not want to do on a brand new truck.

I had an S10 before this truck and all of the GM emblems are stuck on with double-sided tape. I took every emblem off of that truck and it really made it look nice and smooth.

You would think that Ford would be able to do something as simple as stick an emblem on the side of a truck without needing alignment holes!!!

Sorry guys - had to vent. Truck has 45K miles on it and the paint is starting to peel off of my fender flares. Ford is NOT on my good side right now. Quality is Job 1 - WHATEVER!!!

24,000 miles and paint is coming off the trailing edge of my fender flairs as well.
