Cool Nice Little Appearance Mod

If you are tired of looking at the black pulley and rusty bolt on your alternator at the shows, here is a fix

Do they take AMEX?

Looks to be a polished stock pulley. Nice. I like it.

Nodrive55- Thanks, the alternator pulley comes from the same Manufacturer as the blower pulley and the trick thing about it is the custom made stainless acorn nut also made by the same Guy. I know he just made two 7 lb pulleys exactly like mine with the same measurements. He also has two billet alternator pulleys with acorn nuts. Where does your truck shift, rpm wise? This pulley is set up for 5400 but would be fine at 5200, with a little lower blower rpm. Again, Crash and Skid are up to their eyeballs with the ATI so if you need further help, just send me an e-mail.
Frog-As you can tell from the above, it is a polished billet pulley and acorn nut. I had it made from scratch and it is the only one that I know of.

Flats...I believe I am set for 5400 rpm.
All things are set up between myself and Crash.
Appreciate the interface so this worked out.

Q: behind the alternator pulley… Can the alternator cover be painted or something? I mean that new pulley looks sweet, but the backdrop kind of takes some away.

Late…

Funny you should mention that. I found a a place that will ceramic coat my altenator for $35. The hitch is that the bearings have to be pressed out and the whole thing has to be taken apart before hand. I have a place that will powder coat it for less than $35. When I decide what I am going to do, I will post to let you know. You are going to really enjoy the 7 lb pulley. Also, you and I will be the only trucks with the Billet alternator pulley and stainless acorn nut. I watched Randy make the nut and it took more man hours than the pulley. When you install the nut, cover it with plastic inside the socket so it stays perfect with no scratches!
