From what I've heard, LED'S are bright at night but dimmer than stock bulbs during the day. Thats why I kept the stock 3157's and all I did was put superwhite bulbs in for the reverse lights (also 3157's), much brighter period.

If your looking for a clear brake light to match the clear lenses, the only thing out there is that which comes stock on the 01 lightnings. As far as I know, the only place to get that is thru ford, and it will probably be an arm and a leg.

Question

Beast97,

How do you like your Farenheit Xenon Headlight Bulbs? I'm looking at getting some new bulbs for my truck, but don't want the "blue" bulbs or to pay an arm and a leg for the PIAA bulbs I have seen. I like the color (or lack of) that the PIAA's have and was wondering how the Farenheit Bulbs compared. Thanks.

SorryBro.......

I've had no compalints about them thus far, they are still blue, not blue blue like some of the ones you see out there. Basically when you look at the truck at night, the bulbs are really white with a hint of blue the farther away you are. They light up all 180 degrees of the road in front of you(as opposed to stock halogen lighting up right in front of the truck), and light it up at the same bright intensity. They're worth getting, I had two other xenon/blue bulbs b4 these, and these were the best so far.

Beast97,

Thanks. I'll look into getting some of those if I can find a place that sells them.
