Black mid bumper???

i want to make the mid part of the bumper black. Is there something already made or do I need to look into vinyl? Is there a good diy vinyl that I could use?

Stock top. Want the bottom

There is / are flatt or met black wrap material on ebay that would work very well

love the look of that! i would check out Amazon too for matte black wrap products. should be just a day or two project.
