It might help to get an idea of how much you can/want to spend, if you want to go hi or low...
Wheels, Tires, Grills, Lights....

I had a 2007 Lariat chrome pkg truck very similar to yours.
I ended up giving it a lot of PTM and touches of chrome, mimicking a FX4/Harley Davidson merge.
