What offset would be best?

Hey, so I have a 2007 F-150 XLT 4wd with a 2.5 inch leveling kit. I just got some 305/65R18 (33.6 inch) Bfg ko2s, and I have to get some 18inch rims before I can put them on. I've been looking at pro comp and moto metal rims, and I've been doing so much research on offset and backspacing that it's starting to really confuse me. I know negative offset makes the tire stick out and positive offset tucks the tire in. The Pro comp rim I was looking at offers a 0mm offset with 5 inch back spacing. While the moto metal rim offers a -12mm offset with 4.56 backspacing. Anyways pretty much what I'm getting at is which offset is a better selection as far as rubbing and other complications goes?
