How do I make my 2001 F-150 look good?

I have a 2001 F-150 that's pretty well bone-stock and I want to make it look meaner, but I'm only 16 so I have a pretty tight budget. Any suggestions?

lightning style clear headlights plus depo clear fogs.
33x12.5 tires
crank your T-bars (free) if you are 4x4.
nightshade tail lights
window tint (nothing under 20% in my books)
Plasti-dip rims maybe

Put a dirtbike in the back. We used to do that back in high school
