Question

When I talked to the guy at Cervini's I asked him about the blanks. He said they save the pieces when they cut them out if you ask. He never mentioned the screens. Hmmm. Think I'll call back.

I've already called. They don't provide the screens.

I'm thinking.... side business?

Screens?

Well, I talk to the rep. They do have screens. What they are doing is going outside of the company to get better screens. Not like the ones I got. They won't be so flimzee. They'll be thicker and nicer. Mine are kind of cheesey. That's probably why I never put them on there. So, there you go. Don't talk to a tech. Talk to a rep. Hope that helps guys.

You do not have to drill any hole . Here is how I did mine . I ran the water tube under the cowl and up the wiper arm to a small squiter nossle that I found at a junk yard . it looks like a small coffee straw . You can not see it at all . Works great .

Question cowl induction vs offroading

I'm curious to know, has anyone installed a cowl induction hood on a 4x4? I wondering if the windshield tends to fog up caused by water splashing up on the exhaust/engine creating steam and venting threw the back of the hood. Anybody have this problem?

Dude, as I'm sure you know you got a good deal. I paid 5 bills for the prep, paint and install 'cause there was a chip on the corner from shipping.

Talking

There was no way I was going to pass up the deal on that hood. I think I have the only Cervinis R/A hood in my area, I wanted to be different, everyone around here has the Refflexions Cobra hood. Don't get me wrong there's nothing wrong with that hood, I just wanted something different......Cervinis did it!!!
