would pink pin stripes look good on silver?

HAPPY EASTER ALL!
now
me and my hubby have a little indecision going. i want to put pink pin stripes down MY TRUCK! Sean wants to leave it plane. he says pinstripes are for toyotas and doges not fords. so my question is one set of stripes that have a thin and a thick line in it(pink). that would run from the tip of the front fender to the tailgate handle. would not make my truck look bad right?
we saw a silver dodge durango at the church today that had some pin strips done on it. thats where i got my idea of doing this! pink and silver have always been my colors of choice. please tell me what your thoughts are.
thanks to all who help me with this!

i personally HATE pinstripes, especially if they wrap around to the tailgate handle, it wouldnt be as bad if you just ended it on the bedside but either way, i dont think pinstripes are worth it, if you want to set it off with some pink, look at painting your f150 badges or something like that pink, thats just my opinion though, its your truck and your money

Go with pink badge overlays for a subtle pink effect. Your husband is correct on the pink pinstripes, just plain tacky.

x3 on the badges. Much more subtle and tasteful IMO.

Just pin stripe no. But if you were going to add some kind of pattern in between the pin stripe maybe. You can see in my album.

Check out Patriot Decals. They do a lot of custom overlays. I've ordered several from them and they have always been great to work with. I highly recommend them.

patriot decals is no longer doing anything to do with ford brands which rules out inlays for the badge from them.

I thought they still did, they just can't use the Ford logo to advertize their overlays on their website.

She said she liked overlays, which they still do. Inlays, I'm not positive on but I'm pretty sure they can work with you to get what you want.

when Sean got home he we had a talk and it seems Sean is totally against it he says its not right for a truck. but i do have the upper hand in this its my truck lol.
did i say any thing when he got a 66 fast back mustang, or when he put a blower in it, or when he had to rebuild a 460 becuse it won't brake 8 seconds in the 1/4 mile, or when he had to buy a flat bed to tow it to the track NO I DID NOT SAY A WORD! so i must brake out the photo shop and get my way or he is not getting any play time with me! so who's the looser now? sorry just had to let go a little thanks
