Offset front license plate on Ecoboost?

Anyone else despise the look like I do? Considering buying the normal Non EB version and removing the front license plate bracket all together (not required in TN).

Anyone done this? Cost for the stock non bracket bumper fill?

I don't mind it. It's not like a license plate makes the vehicle.

Huge image, sorry. Doesn't look as bad from this angle, it just bothers me for some reason. Looking at it straight on, it just makes me think it was an afterthought.

Allows air to flow freely over the front mounted intercooler. In the ecoboost forum, a lot of owners are concerned about the large opening and the possibility of objects making it in and damaging the intercooler.

When I saw an ecoboost it had a grille infront of the intercooler.

Eh, I just don't like front plates in general.

I've been wanting to get something like this; it might work for you as well: Swift Motorsports.

Good luck, and enjoy that Eco!

Luckily I don't have to run a front plate. So I'll probably toss the bracket and replace with a non ecoboost part.
