What's the latest on Patriot Decals ???

I had e-mailed them a few months ago, and they said they could still do my tail gate oval, because it says "Fish" and not "Ford"....

And the way I understood the e-mail, they could still do the inlays for my F150 xlt badges, as they were just individual letters {these are the ones I really need}

But I'm trying to order them now.... sent them an e-mail yesterday, but haven't recieved a reply yet.
Yes, I'm just being impatient.

Anybody know if they still do the inlays for our F150 badges ?

Thanks,
Fish

As far as I know they still do the inlays. They just can't do the copyrighted Ford stuff. Only been a day, give them a chance man.

Thank you Terp. I know.... but give me a day, and I'll probably be broke again !

One of the only things that kills me about Patriot Decals is, no way to call them !

It'd worth the wait. I'll send Cindy and e-mail and about 3-4 days will go by before she replies, but when she does, she sends a picture of the mock-up. They do outstanding work.

I emailed them to have some done about 3 months ago. I have still never heard back from them. I had someone local make mine. On the 250 the side badge pops off so I dropped it off to them for a few days.

Yeah, Patriot Decals has terrible customer service. I have tried to contact them on two occasions. Once I got a reply a week later telling me they would start converting the image I sent them and let me know when they finished. Never heard back from them. Rather just pay the local economy than deal with poor customer service.

Did you email them directly from their website? I had the same issue a few weeks ago when I replied to Cindy from an email that was about a year old and never heard back from her, So I went to their site and clicked "contact us" and she relied back in a few days.. I think they may have gotten a new email address or something..
Cindy replied back to me about 2 weeks ago and we emailed back and forth with design ideas and She made me some custom decals and shipped them this past Wednesday.. Hope to get them soon!

I did actually click the "Contact us" link on their website.... but again, it's only been 1 business day. I guess the weekend doesn't count.

Actually, I've e-mailed them at least twice in the past, and they got back to me both times. My biggest concern was whether or not they still did the inlays.

I know they do fantastic work. Unfortunately for me, the color I need for my application (metallic gold) does not hold up very well. It ends up turning dark, and stained looking after about 1 to 1 1/2 years

Peace,
Fish
