First of all no bashing for rebadge.

If you have seen the 2011 F150's and like the Slanted F150 badge here is the part number:

9L3Z-9942528C This is the tail gate bade and comes with adhesive tape to install. Cost me $22 at Mid Tenn Ford Truck Parts Internet.

They have febder badging as well, but it comes with model/trim package attached. Call them and you can get those numbers.

I installed on my 2003 F150 and like it much better than orginal.

I did a search first and didn't find. Still a nice piece and told you where to buy it cheap

 

Did you just cover up the existing mounting holes with the tape on the new badges or did you modify the pins?

 

Already got them on my 2005

 

I bought the one for the tail gate since it has no trim identification. And yes I cut off the plastic tabs that the newer guys used and just used the tape that was already on the badge. The holes on the earlier tail gate were covered. I did tail gate first and now will make my way to the fenders. Hope its the same wWRT the holes.
