If you get price quotes that are too high, you could attempt to paint the pieces yourself. I did my bumper pad and valence myself and it turned out well and has lasted the last couple months without chipping. If you decide to go that route, get high quality paint that matches and get duplicolor clear and be sure to prep extremely well

I wont do it unless I can get it professionaly done.
