Three inch thin wall pipe and 1 in. steel stock.

I definitly want to try this it seems simple enough but my only problem is what about rusting? Yea you put a spray bed liner on it but I wonder how that will hold up to all the abuse of rocks and then start rustin. Keep us updated cause if you dont have a problem with um Ill definitly try it.

on a side note, if i were to redo it, i would make the steps them selves stick out a lil more and down a lil less...... if that makes sense

you should be able to cut the brackets and roll the pipe around to accomplish that no?

.... umm in theory yes... but ummm i may have made a 5 or more bead pass on each side of the 4 brackets.

and idk what size actual nfabs are but my main pipe is 3in (looked about right and it tied in with my 3in bull bar) and the steps are 1in steel stock, i was originally going to use a 2in pipe for this but i dont have a mandrel bender so the 1in stock has a nicer bend when using a torch and cheater bar.
