It shouldny chip unless its hit by maybe a rock or something. My old F150 I did the samt thing to it and never had any issues with it chipping or cracking. Just have to put alot of adhesion promoter, paint, and clear.

Thanks man. Dude the lift has been on for about a week now and not satisfiied. Possibly a body lift by the end of the year on some 38's.

Do it man. Make sure you clean it well with degreaser (Purple Power, Simple Green) then I used coarse steel wool for more cleaning and to score the surface. Also make sure to use Adhesion Promoter from Dupli color. It's a clear primer for plastics then base and clear. Post pics when your done
