I've got the same problem trying to get a bull bar and keep my hooks. Looks like il have to fab something...

I think it's harder to keep tow hooks with a bullbar because the round tubes go all the way down to where they mount. On a Brush Guard the mounts are flat steel plates that can slide between the tow hooks.
