On the end of the dipstick is a magnet for particle removal, also there is a drain plug on the very bottom of the cover. Also, as posted, it holds just about 5 qts of grease and there are full and low marks on the dipstick itself

this is the info I need to 'justify' the expense. And it sound well 'justified'!

Just FYI, a flush and a drain/refill are not the same thing. Transmissions and coolant systems are the only places you should ever see a flush used, and most of the time a simple drain and refill would have been fine.

Cover looks good though. I want to do one when I do the rear end service. I would like a MH transmission pan too.
