Best place to buy Hella headlights?
Yeah, I didn't want to chance cooking them, and I'm awful when it comes to sealing anything. 
The grille is holding up terribly. I'm constantly having to touch up little spots where bugs or pebbles have hit it. One day I'll go back and sand it down with some 100 grit and a power sander to get down to bare plastic.

I sanded it with 600 grit until it looked like brushed stainless, then sprayed on about 3-4 coats of adhesion promoter, 4 coats of paint, and 3-4 coats of clear. Maybe a brushed on enamel paint would hold up better for round 2.

Sorry, you can only buy a chrome one from Roush. You've got to do all the painting yourself. You can always buy a FX2 grille, but they have the emblem on the permanently and are pretty expensive.
