Best place to buy Hella headlights?

Same here. I have a total of 54 chips in my Roush grill lol. Within a month or so fixing time will begin. Mines chipped at a slow pace at least. What steps/products did you use?

I sanded it with 600 grit until it looked like brushed stainless, then sprayed on about 3-4 coats of adhesion promoter, 4 coats of paint, and 3-4 coats of clear. Maybe a brushed on enamel paint would hold up better for round 2.

Sorry, you can only buy a chrome one from Roush. You've got to do all the painting yourself. You can always buy a FX2 grille, but they have the emblem on the permanently and are pretty expensive.

I am in the market for some hella lights..I'll go check out Amazon and I know tirerack sells them as well...
