Did a set of lights behind the grille, having a bit of trouble trying to figure out how to wire them up.
Does each light have to have it own separate ground. Or can I combine them?
Where is the best place to pick up my switched power supply?

When I wired them I ran separate grounds for each light. I also ran power from the battery with an inline fuse, then everything went through a relay. I hooked mine to a three position switch. Down is on all the time, center is off, and up is on with my brights.
